Six Flags Great America

Size Ratings:

SF Great America

  • American Eagle - XL - Seats side to side are a little bit tight but lap bars and seatbelts are very forgiving for larger riders
  • Aquaman Splashdown - DNR
  • Batman the Ride - M - The tightest fitting B&M invert we have ever been on, our rider barely fit and only on train 1 (could not fit train 2)
  • Big Easy Balloons - XXL - Bench style seating with seatbelt only so anyone can ride
  • Chubasco - XXL - Teacup style ride allows for anyone to be able to ride
  • Columbia Carousel - XXL - Features bench style seating so any adult can ride
  • Condor - XXL - Large seatbelt and cars allow for up to two riders, but singles can go alone allowing for plenty of room
  • Dark Knight Coaster - XL - Lap bar only style of ride, it is a little bit tight for taller riders but most should be able to fit
  • DC Super-Villains Swing - M - These are very tight swings and those with large hips or big thighs may not fit
  • Demon - DNR
  • Fiddler's Fling - XXL - single position lap bar offers plenty of room in this spinning style attraction
  • Flash Vertical Velocity - M - Much like its sister coaster at Discovery Kingdom, this has extremely tight restraints and an odd seatbelt that must latch in on the side of each seat. Ride opp had to push our rider in pretty good to fit
  • Giant Drop - S - Our rider was unable to fit on this attraction. Those with large chest, wide shoulders, or large belly will not fit. Those over 77" will not fit
  • Goliath - L - Similar to most of the RMC trains I've been on, this topper track model features just slightly longer seatbelts than others
  • Great America Scenic Railway - DNR - but would expect XXL being a train ride
  • Hometown Fun Machine - XXL - Singles can go alone in this scrambler style attraction allowing for ample room
  • Joker Free Fly Coaster - XL - S&S 4d free spin style ride features vest restraints that have a lot of room for larger individuals
  • Justice League Battle for Metropolis - XL - this ride has lapbar only that goes over the entire row and offers decent room for larger riders
  • Little Dipper - XL - Taller riders may find front to back space is a little tight but this has buzz bars only so allows for ample room for larger guests
  • The Lobster - XXL - easy to get into and larger seats for big riders this attraction is a family style and should allow for anyone to ride
  • Logger's Run - DNR
  • Maxx Force - M - Very tight ride being and S&S coaster, our rider had to be pushed in by the ride opp
  • Raging Bull - XL - B&M hyper coaster with typical clamshell restraints offering decent amount of room for larger riders
  • Ricochet - XXL - single position lap bar and singles can go alone allowing for ample room in this flat ride
  • River Rocker - XL - This has slightly tighter single position lap bars than others I've been on
  • Roaring Rapids - DNR
  • Rue Le Dodge - XL - These cars are a little bit tight to get down into and the seatbelt straps are a little tight for wide shouldered guests
  • Sky Striker - L - This has the typical Zamperla Discovery style restraints that automatically lock and may be tight for larger riders
  • Sky Trek Tower - XXL - Observation deck ride that has bench style seating and no restraints so anyone can ride
  • Sprocket Rockets - XL - Kids coaster but adults can ride alone and this allows for a good amount of room
  • Superman Ultimate Flight - XL - Larger fitting than its sister clone at Six Flags Over Georgia, this allows for larger riders
  • Triple Play - XL - Troika style attraction that allows for singles to go alone
  • Viper - L - Tight side to side but the lap bars are fairly forgiving for bigger people
  • Whizzer - XXL - This has just a seatbelt only and can sit two riders per car or go alone single so this allows for ample space. Probably the largest room on a roller coaster I've ever been on
  • Wrath of Rakshasa - XL - This features one seat in the middle of each row with a red seatbelt that is larger for bigger riders. I suggest this seat if you have troubles typically fitting
  • X Flight - XL - This ride also features larger rider seats in row 4 to accommodate larger guests
